My stay was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the spacious beautiful room. The shower was great too. the TV was outdated and lacked HDMI. I highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip lasting three nights, and I couldn't have been happier. The staff were kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was a good surprise, offering a spread that rivals any colonial café, and I enjoyed it every morning. The delux room I stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower that made it easy to unwind after a long day.

On the downside, the TVs are a bit outdated. Seriously, no HDMI ports, and they’re not exactly what you'd expect from a flat screen. It definitely felt like they were stuck in the past!

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Santa Catarina and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in the center, making it easy for me to explore the area on foot. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were top-notch, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I also appreciate the welcome drink and the ironing facilities provided in the room. The air conditioning and mini-bar were great additions as well. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff at the night shift were friendly and helpful.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel's new and comfortable facilities stood out. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food offered was very good. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city.

There were some downsides to my experience, such as the valet messing around with the settings in my car, which was quite frustrating. Another negative aspect was the lack of basic amenities in the room, such as an iron and ironing board.
